I know this sounds confusing, and this is not directly related to Planetside 2 but it does force me to remap keys for in-game VoiP. I'm hoping I can get some help here, So I'm using a gaming laptop, and I have the line of numbers on the top of the keyboard, which is normal, but I also have a keypad on the right just like a standard keyboard. But, when I press those numbers on the keypad, they register as the same line of numbers that go across the top. So basically, if I press 1 on the keypad, it would pull out my primary weapon as if I pressed the 1 key above the Q Key I also don't have a numlock key, so that's a thing. Has anyone ever heard of this? Do you have a solution? This problem plagues me all the time with anything that requires or uses keypad keys. I would be super grateful for a working solution.
Nevermind! I finally figured it out. Turns out it's an issue with the G74 series of Asus Laptops. The problem lies within the Bios I guess, had to update to version 202. Just look it up if you're having the same issue and updating will solve the problem.
