There are some good NC outfits and TR outfits as well. Honestly if I had to break out the best outfits of Waterson I would say: VS - Xen of Onslaught (duh...winning!) - Sentinels - VHOT - TBSQ NC - Saints - DREV - IDDI - NCSO TR - IR - ODAM (slowly becoming more zergish due to the sheer number of bad players they have included recently) - TAW1 - EGO There are more, but this is a quick 4 each.
That's an informative list you've got there. Context previously told me that waterson was mainly condensed giant outfits like Mattherson. I'll make one the same way, just so you know what you'll be dealing with. on Jaeger we have: VS -Blaze of Glory/BoG -Vanu Revolution/VREV -We've Got Batteries/9VLT (Currently disbanded, to my knowledge) -D3RP NC -Phoenix Battalion/PHX -Death Legion/LEGN -Ethos/ETHO -We Are NC/WRNC TR -Hostile Paradigm/HSTL -Bearsnakes/BRSN -Terran Team 6/TT6 -Terran Republic Assault(formerly Air) Force/TRAF TRAF was around launch and a month or two following it, a highly respected outfit with great leaders, however, the general consensus is that they've been going down the path of the zerg as of late. They're a force to be reckoned with nonetheless. I could have easily had 5 or 6 for NC and TR, but, for VS, not so easy without including the confirmed zergs, which have swallowed up a good 1000 players from the VS population
kinda sad actually for the vanu, i am afraid its gonne be a massive indar zerg fest fight between TR and NC. Atm on waterson the organized outfits off the tr capture and defend amerish/esamir every day. Nc doesn't care about anything else then indar and vanu have the lowest pop but they have the best organization. Since they can mobilize there people the best, despite vanu's organization on waterson tr can easily handle them, giving the fact jaeger isn't really a vanu server either i am kinda afraid its going to develop into a 2way NC vs TR which wouldn't be good thing for the server and general fun. I wish there was a way how we could encourage new players to choose for the vanu faction, just so it becomes more balanced again.
There are a few, such as Blue Dream Mercenaries who stand out in combat as formidable forces for being smaller. But yes there are a few very large outfits with huge showings very regularly. I enjoy the smaller feel of outfit play and many others do too. I'm excited to see some of the new NC outfits, so welcome. As for the TR and VS I wish you guys well on integrating onto our server. Should be an exciting experience.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by power hungry but XoO is always looking to grow our numbers to fight off the TR and NC forces. We basically look for team oriented players who are active and fun to game with. We definitely like to push our players to do their best, but we also have some casual fun here and there.
