Combat/Tactics The Resistance does not do ranks or even a formal command structure. Each member is treated as an equal from the day they are accepted. We approach each mission or game with an open-mind and let members have the freedom to bounce around between roles required for the mission at hand. With that being said we still approach the game in a strategic sense and have a solid base of procedures to ensure everyone operates on the same page. The Resistance still operates in organized shock squads doing what it must in order to gain victory. We do not force our members to be online every day. Unlike other Outfits out there, we know that players have lives, work, kids and other responsibilities and we will not hold you back from that. We give our members full choice to how and when they want to play. Operations are held on certain days of the week giving players a fun competitive-casual experience. An organized squad can beat back any army Squad and your roleOperation Nights: Casual-Completive Scheduled DaysA "Squad" numbers twelve players, a leader and eleven other's with a certain role. Your role will be with one of the eleven. Twelve players "A Squad" in situations are broken down into "Fireteams" teams of 4. Used for capturing Amp Stations, Tech Plants bases that require multiple points captured. With multiple squads broken down in fireteams, organized communications, our combat effectiveness is much better then a twelve man squad running in together in situations. Typically breaking into Fireteams is not an often occurring thing. As with every Outfit we all like to maintain massive organized squads in combat. Two guy's who work well together can take on ten times there number Squad Buddies Each Fireteam has four players. A buddy is a member of your squad who covers your back, following you and assisting whenever he can. When you run to a certain building so does he. When you watch one door he watches there other. When a squad splits into Fireteams to attack faster and in multiple areas A buddy is assigned to you so the small Fireteam is more efficient. Communication: If you're moving, say so, so that the he can know to cover you. Communication keeps everyone alive and working together ensuring the squad has full awareness. Cover: If your buddy watches one way, cover the other. If they run across a hot combat area. Cover them as they move, vice-versa. Buddy down: If you or your buddy has been killed you can count on them to call for medic and protect you until revived. If your buddy have been killed it's your job to protect and cover the area and a medic if they need it. Your buddy may have to re spawn always away, it's your job to contribute to the three two other's in the squad until he makes it back. A typical Squad Each squad has 4 medics. One who splits into each Fireteam when directed. Engineer, lights, and heavys numbers can depend on the situation and the current number of people playing each class. We give our member's as much room for freedom on how they want to play there class.
