YES.
It used to be at hvar tech plant and indar ex, but I think these got fixed.
Currently I think indar allatum biolab, hossin hurakan ampstation, has it.
Not sure if it is something to do with only having 1 air terminal.

I can't remember how wasted I was but i'm pretty sure I went to repair the south allatum biolab terminal and the whole terminal was just gone lol.

Yep, had this recently, playing combat flash (so naturally lots of respawning)
And had to keep running to the badly placed vehicle terminal because "it was hacked"
...
It wasn't hacked.

I belive this happens because 1 of the terminals has not registerred being 'normal' again.
I have in the past fixed a base that has this problem by destroying all the terminals and repairing them 1 by one.
After doing this the base worked again.
Never tried it again, could just have been coincidence, but worth a try if its annoying you.

As a player you can "fix" this by blowing up the terminals then repairing them again.

About the 2nd time I gotta hard pull I'll do this and it fixes it for the whole faction.
