Considering the game has had a significant improvement in performance since after the first few weeks of launch, I'd say it's gone better than most people are willing to give credit for. The fact that he's re-stating it again, and actually pointing out that they are willing to make some people unhappy with slower release of new content effective now, tells me that the issue is being reignited and that's promising. Why does everyone have to be so anti-SOE here? I'm not referring strictly to you because I don't think on an individual basis, everyone here has a massive disdain for SOE.. but it feels like on a constant basis, SOE is being dealt an undeserved level of crap from the community. Let me voice my opinion here: It's been in my experience that Planetside 2 has been hands down, one of the most supported and maintained F2P MMO's I have ever played. In fact, it's received more love and attention than even non-MMO's like SimCity which is only just now, finally receiving an update to allow for easier road construction and bridge building. It may not be as fast as people like but I for one am very proud to be a paying member of Planetside 2 because I feel like the game is worth it, both for the time I spend playing it and for the effort the developers have been putting in.
