Is Miller crashing every day going to be the norm?

Have anyone tried to transfer char from miller? I have spent over 100$ for this game, and i have lost more than 100+ certs in rollbacks. I understand this is the launch phase, but we demand free transfer to another because it's stupid to b***hurt loyal players (i play this game 8+h per day for now). Sony, please fix that guys, i have faith in you.

Actually, it was my fault, i was using an anti-aircraft gun on terran infantry instead of running them over like I'm supposed to.
