Seriously, there is no reason to use another side arm with this thing, just point in the general direction and with its splash, near infinite ammo and no friendly fire damage it's a bona fide point and click adventure. And BTW, for a water pistol it seems to do an inappropriate amount of damage to a max for some reason
In my opinion, the soaker was good until the headshot did get nerfed. Also you can't put on anything...no redicle, no silencer etc... I have finished the Directive with it and I am more than happy that I don't have to play it anymore
Here comes the step son ps4, we don't have water balloons but still the hs multiplier on the soaker, for cqc it is awesome. Better than any VS gun, hell this dmg output! Only downside you can't seek for stalkers, as it has no flash light.
Pump shotgun - 1 shot kill. Any bolt action rifle - 1 headshot kill. On ps4 i guess it could be good because it's harder to aim but on pc unless you have terrible aim normal weapons are better.
You don't really need a silencer, it's really quiet anyway, not sure if it shows up on minimap though I've not checked.
