Player dies and respawns from sunderer.

    This is what I see

    Whats happening here?

Also, notice the VS sniper? Almost like... he was anticipating this.

    Bug, exploit, whats this?

i find those guys a lot, im told when youre spawning in youre invinvible til you load/do something but ill be damned if it ever works in my favor, ill spawn on sundys and be blown to bits before i can see but then i come up on a sundy and o course i pick the one fkr thats invincible to mess with, and then more often than not they come active Just as i turn away from them..,

and then kill me. im betting its bad ping players punishing good ping player as usual

Bug, This happens when a player is spawned and then dcs. they are invisible until they gain control of their character, due to complete lose of control, you cannot kill that player. The sniper on the ridge is likely just a straggler that saw some "fools" hanging around in the open...

This isn't a bug, this is a safety measure.

When you spawn anywhere your character is already placed on the battlefield (Teleporters excepted it seems). However, you aren't loaded in yet. As long as your character is still loading, your avatar is completely immune to anything thrown against it. This is why you can find invincible players in spawnrooms that have been captured as well.

If the player DC's during the loadscreen it can take a long time before the character actually disappears from the battlefield, but there's plenty of players who suddenly "wake up" after a long load and then either get shot down by the hordes of people surrounding them and shooting them repeatedly like in the video, or they were left alone because they couldn't be killed and suddenly can go on a killingspree as they load in with half a dozen enemies around them.

As for the VS sniper, he just though it was his lucky day: Several NC guys who try to kill an unkillable player and don't even react to getting shot? That's on you dude. And that sniper didn't seem any good anyway, switching targets after one hit and missing all 3 players by a mile several times.

As for Moridins "doesn't work in my favor", you don't notice when it is in your favor because you aren't loaded in yet. Although have you ever spawned at a Sunderer and found it blown up in your face when you spawned in? That is one of those moments you can definitely say you were protected from whatever detonated it and whoever was still nearby, although you probably get the same treatment almost every single one of these players get: Several dudes shooting you repeatedly until you "wake up" and kill you almost instantly.

its more like i load in During the explosion just in time to get crushed by the wreckage lol

still seems like something youre less likely to get with low ping

If you move your mouse at all during the loading screen it takes away your invulnerability.

ive experimented with not touching any of my stuff after hitting the spawn button, its never saved me that im Aware of

It's nor a bug, nor an exploit on my mind. Just a feature that work as intended.
Since 1-2 year, a patch granted invulnerability to people while they spawn and are still in the loading screen to avoid the frustration of being killed in the middle of the loading screen. (same thing happens when a medic revive you and you have the questionbox to accept/refuse the revive)

If the game see they have stopped to load, the invincibility disappear. But if the guy is disconnected while still loading, then this appear.

I've gotten it to work a few times, but exploiting this mechanic doesn't interest me enough to change from clicking spawn (which usually results in some mouse movement post click)

I'm almost 100% sure people be exploiting this, as you say they always move as soon as you run away (when standing in front of them so they can see you turn of course) or when your character yells out that they're reloading...
