INI Elite was one of the most well-known and respected outfits back on Werner [PS1]. That reputation

has still carried on.

We're big on organised operations, often behind the front line. In PlanetSide, these consisted of resource deprivation (via gen-holds and hacks) as well as effective re-secures. We're team-players. It's all about working together.

We're looking for members that:

- are above average at Planetside and can hold their own in a firefight.
- are good at multiple roles and versatile.
- are excellent team players. A team is like a chain, and a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link.
- can communicate well, and have etiquette on voice comms (mic required).
- can be active in our community.
- have read the INI Code of Conduct.
- we dont care about your SPH / K/D / Kill count. We judge you on activity and ability to fit in with our goal as an outfit.

You need not apply:

- if you are new to PlanetSide 2. We're looking for experienced members only!
- if you are under the age of 18.
- if you are new to the FPS genre. We're not here to teach people how to FPS.
- if you're a "one trick pony". We're looking for versatile players and only being able to fly, drive or repair isn't good enough.
- if you prefer to "lone wolf" or ignore the squad leader. We are a team orientated, organised outfit.
- You are BR60 or lower

- Create an application thread in the INI Recruitment forum. Please follow the Application Template.
- If your application is approved, we'll give you a trial period and place you at the rank "INI Initiate".
- During your trial period, you'll be expected to squad with us and join our mumble sever.
- If your trial period goes well, and we like what we see, you'll receive a promotion and become a full member of INI Elite.

There's no set time for the trial period. If you make a great impression, then you'll be promoted fairly quickly. On the other hand, if after a week or so you still haven't managed to impress us, then your application will likely become unsuccessful.
