Infiltrators completely invisible

I recently got back into the game hoping the new patch had fixed this but it has not, as you might expect from the title since a few patches ago when infiltrators cloak the become completely invisible even my own model when I cloak is completely invisible this is incredibly annoying for sniper duels and makes it extremely hard to judge my own visibility. I have tried changing graphics settings and so far it has made no difference whatsoever regardless of how high or low the settings are. What can I do to remedy this?

I second this... since update 8 or so (a long time now).. I haven't seen an invisible infiltrator. Apparently friendly ones glow now? I have no idea because I've never seen one. Have tested it with friends and I can't see my own hands when I'm cloaked.

People kill me all of the time running around invis.. it's frustrating. High settings. 20/20 vision. What do?

Wah someone bumped a old thread, but yea same problem here. I usually play on lowest settings and they are completely invisible and i can't see any of the IFF. Also, whenever I cloak I become invisible as well leaving nothing but the hud.

I tried using all the different settings between low and ultra and still for the life of me can't get the visuals for infiltrators in cloak to work.

Hm, I also play on a iMac via bootcamp if anyone else having the issue is using one as well.

Yea sadly people that are able to run the game at full frames on highest graphics can apparently see infiltrators easy.. I think it's an unfair advantage.

What? LOL's. Ya got to be joking. Of course a better PC is an advantage. It should be . What's next, Nerf the players with better PC's? My neighbor has a better car than mine. He should have to run with 1 less spark plug because it's unfair.

Hm, i'm not sure thats completely correct. I can run the game on highest of all settings while not all to playable it still has no effect on infiltrator's cloak. They are just completely invisible including my own character model. This in on every graphical setting from low to highest (Just to note I also restart the game once i change the graphical settings).

So, its definitely something wrong not with the graphic settings themselves but something causing the infiltrator's character models to just not appear at all while cloaked (there is no IFF, or transparency).

Unfortunately this isn't really a tech support issue and I'm going to have to lock it down - I would advise positing in the Gameplay sub-forum.
