I think only Infilplayer test the rework on the PTS, so all the reactions are: the Infil is not powerful enough, needs a buff....so i see lots of "fun" for me and other Players with no enthusiasm for Infil. But its ok, the Infil is Annoying now, and after the rework the art of frustration are changing, thats all :-(
If they do that for inf, they should debuff the Avoidance implant, you know there was a time when it only shortened the range of the spitfire.. I would be okay if the debuff came in the form of a migraine effect on the wearer like his vision is obscurred or something that would make it quite difficult for a light assault to make use of it..
Infil doesn't need any buffs from PTS now unless recon also gets nerfed. Avoidance doesn't need a nerf
i cant wait to make players realize i dont need cloak or a delay to bolt them, they just suck and refuse to get better. if you want to see the stupidity of planetside players, place a router on a tree branch and watch how many stand in place ontop of the router shooting down on enemies giving away its location. these are the types of players who complain about infil.
problem is that infil is more then bolters alone, how can you 1v1 a well build heavy with experience when you have a delay on shooting, even now without the delay (on live) its challenging, if you don't get the drop on him you have 0 chance.
The same way other classes do it now on Live. With superior positioning and aiming for the head. You'll need to lean more heavily on your positioning skills. With the cloak as it stands on PTS it will still be pretty easy to get into a superior position for an ambush. You just won't be able to stand out in the open and easily gank said heavy like you can now on Live.
