Increase PPA bullet velocity

    People keep saying "forget sniping"... At point blank on a Harasser, with a wall right behinf my target, completely optimum conditions other than AV in the area, and I only got 1 kill. And no, I'm not just bad. Whilst we shouldn't revert it back to what it once was, we shouldn't leave it like this.

    No, the wall died but then respawned. The cluster of 2 or 3 TR in front of me escaped, with only 1 of their number dying in 2 reloads of my PPA, as I said, at point blank. A Marauder would have minced the 3 of them, the Canister would have nommed at 1 or 2 of them, but the PPA.... Well, there is no range at which it is effective, even at literally 5 meters in a position that meant that the splash was ensured to hit them. Yeaaaah..... The wall was pissed.

    If it's any consolation, I'm sure the wall had it coming.

    Well, it was actually collateral damage, I was aiming for the TR. A Saron would have done a better job at the AI, and the wall probably would have lived too :(.

    Well, it respawned, so I wouldn't fret.

    The certs I would have goptten from the TR, though, had I been using a Kobalt, Saron, Marauder, Canister, Vulcan, BASILISK, Bulldog, Fury, and MaAaAaYbE an Enforcer? I didn't get those. (Take a hint).

    PPAs velocity is disaster even in close range. It should be increases with no doubt. But if NC and TR is going to cry about long range (long range with that CoF xd), the projectiles could slow down with travelled distance.

    The wall is a zombie now. Anyway, I'm sure you would have absolutely destroyed the TR. But since you didn't, my brothers run free! MUWAHAHAHAHA!!!!
