In-game sounds getting a forced 'ducking' effect

    The following audio events force in-game sounds to get a 'ducking' effect applied to them (making them quieter):

    • Faction announcer talking
    • UI audio events (ribbons, rank ups, directive rewards, etc.)
    • When the game's own music starts playing (when a lattice base battle is about to end)
    Setting the music volume to 0 (both the in-game slider and/or the entry in the useroptions.ini) does not prevent the 'ducking' reduction effect from occurring.
