So I got 2000 SC all good so far no problems getting them to my account, then whenever I try to buy ANYTHING I just get a message saying "General Failure" error and can't buy it. This happens on ALL items in the shop, nothing can be bought. Does someone else have this problem or is it just me? Because this is really starting to make me mad. And I've seen loads of other people having no problems at all buying stuff from the in game shop, so what gives SOE? I've also sent in a support ticket trying to fix this and all they've done so far is to ask the same questions over again and then switched the matter over to another person to talk to me, and not looking into what I've been saying all the time I can not buy anything from the in game shop.
did you enter your zip code so it knows where your from? pretty sure you cant buy in the shop until you do.
Just add it to my general account information you mean? Will have a look at it Update: Just added as much information I could, but it's still a no go for me :/ Techs are on it tho and have forwarded it to the higher ups, so hopefully they will come to a fix on it.
