I've tried right clicking and "ignore" in voice and chat, using the menu to the right in voice and chat, and typing out the "ignore" command /ignore add *name* and nothing works. Also I cannot remove people from my ignore list by clicking the X on the side of their name
After you typed that /ignore add [playername] in chat please restart the game. It worked for me likewise if you want to remove a player from that list with /ignore remove [playername].
