Is very simple, a cloak that last as a nano cloak but instead of extra defense it doesn't drains when static... it doesn't charge either. Call it "Deep cloak".

That sounds more likely to become an implant than a new cloak.

Was rifle with 1HK headshots and 2 extra chances when you miss not enough for you infils?

Disable primary/secondary weapons, can use advanced hacking tool.
Can hack while cloaking.
Can use a anti-vehicle stun bullet with very short range.
Can hacking enemy Sundy. hacked Sundy loses the function as Spawn-point,Terminal,Stealth Cloaking,Vehicle Repair/Ammo Dispenser for a certain period of time.

Why not just use nanoarmour cloak with a chameleon module...?

because No0T is an infiltrator main and any buff ideas he comes up with for infiltrator he has to post.

So the cloaked infil can hack all the terminals & spitfires, without setting off even sensors or Spitfires.

Hacking enemy Sundies, so defense has to watch for cloaked infils under the sundy blocking the spawn to the point of insanity.

You ever think these things through in the practical sense?

Well you'd have to cloak and uncloak often regardless. Even stalkers can only prolong it.

maybe if you stopped farting so much, you wouldn't be discovered as much as a cloaker.

Snipers in similar in every game in being extremely dangerous and good for the KDR.
But in this game they are given a lot more tools and even the crutch of being god damn invisible.
Really you should be happy you get automatic rifles and SMGs.

A sniper class in every game is always deadly without them.
