If EFS need three locks to kill burning should slow them down

    If three locks are needed to kill an esf then lighting them on fire with 2 should have bad effects on the esf: slower speed, much worse handling. Burning should be a sign that you need to do an emergency landing and take your chances not fly back to the nearest tower. This game has had a problem with over-reward for pilots since the start and going back to that will not be good for a game already struggling to hold players. A vast majority of players prefer the ground game, catering the game to pilots is absolutely a bad thing. Fighters should be more focused on other air, not on cruising along the ground shooting everyone and then escaping with impunity.

    On top of that, hitting infantry with an esf should damage it. Mowing is not a fun experience especially when the person who did it can make themselves unkillable by just flying away.

    There is also the issue that ESF versus other multi-man air, it already existed but now ESF's get more of a pass while being more efficient.

    Yep exactly. Catering the game to pilots had always been a weakness in this genre and it's asinine. People come to these games for infantry combat not to be farmed by people who should be playing world of planes.

    That isn't at all what i said, i'm saying the ESF's out perform most other air options, and half the time when anti-air is buffed it'll mean some anti-air isnt and when thats buffed it'll hurt non-ESF's even harder.

    It's already a trap to pull anything other then ESF in 99% of situations even if you have a full squad.

    You know ESFs, and all vehicles for that matter, already are slowed down when they are on fire?

    Yep exactly. Catering the game to infantry had always been a weakness in this genre and it's asinine. People come to these games for mixed combat not to be farmed by people who should be playing CS:GO..
