I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Bought the AA Rocket since air dominates in this game to a point that it is ruining it. I want my money back because it's quite obvious the rockets against aircraft are a joke.
Thought I'd buy it to help my side out when they have freakin' aircraft raining down ******** that hits you once or twice and you and your whole squad are dead. No skill involved. Just an idiot sitting at a gun aiming at the force field shooting insta-destruction.
In the mean time you launch this $7.00 dollar rocket at it and it freakin' barely dents it. So, I want my money back. This game is a Lemon and a Joke. Who do I see about returning my money? Please respond with the proper channels I must address to be reinbursed.
I am returning your Anti-Air as a broken product you sold me. I want my money back!

This goes in the customer support forums. Also, there is a 30min trial period for every weapon so you can test before buying.

There is no "customer support forum", if you are actually looking for a refund, you ask SOE through a customer support ticket. They are in no way required to give you one, you bought exactly what you payed for, and were able to test it before you purchased it. However they may be willing to refund it to you regardless in good faith, since everyone screws up sometimes.

This VERY much does not belong in gameplay discussion.

Edit: Nm checked his recent post history, this guy is clearly a troll or a drama queen, either way needs to be gagged.

Nobody said any of you peasants were going to get any better at the game by buying it.
