I need help!

    1) I don't remember my account secret answer to the secret question. I did not set up my secret/security question and answer! Now, the system asks me to input my secret/security answer to the question that I do not know. I didn't even set up this security question and answer. On my account management under secret answer, it labeled " Answer has not been set"

    2) If I paid membership via Steam, how I can cancel it?

    I already submitted a ticket to Daybreak for a day now, and they still haven't reply to the ticket with the solution yet.

    I know my account username and password, but the thing is I didn't setup the security question and answer. I want to change my account email address, but I can't because I didn't setup the security question and answer; therefore, I do not know the answer to the security question to change my account email address. On my account tab, it said no answer on security answer for the security question.
