LOL they should get YouTubers to do the quotes! Oh man I'm too good at this, imagine watching promotional videos from YouTubers backing your faction like "YOU SHOULD UPGRADE FOR YOUR FACTION! FOR VICTORY!" TotalBiscuit would be so on form.

Time for a new off topic thread for upgrade now buttons that never made it.

I like that it's no longer a huge button shaped roughly like the one I'm trying to click on. Nothing ruins your day like Upgrading Now! when you really meant to pull a vehicle, and while you're dismissing the screen, an infil takes your head off...

It would be so interesting if at some point instead of these Fortune Cookie 1 liners and loading screen generic tips we would get bits and pieces of PS2's lore. Then again I always liked Shadow Warrior and dem cookies.

Honestly? I think they are unprofessional, and my overall impression of them is still negative.

That said, they do not impact my ability to enjoy Planetside in any way, and are substantially less annoying than the prior "UPGRADE NOW," likely in large part due to using a normal, non-AUTOPILOT TO COOL, reasonable type setting. Oh, and the the message space doesn't resemble / ins't a button anymore.

Keep at it guys; throw in some more professional messages.

Could we instead get like ... inspirational posters pledging to our faction loyalty?
