I get the Waterson drama but...

...are we the only ones or something?

There's so many huge threads about the politics of Waterson it always makes me wonder why I don't see similar threads very often by other servers. Is it just calmer everywhere else or is it just the players are less dramatic and not as inclined to start spouting off about it on here?

We seem to have a strong urge to complain about other factions and rub victories in their faces with threads on here, yet few others seem to do so.

Where's everyone else?

I honestly don't see the problem on Waterson. Those massive zerg battles are epic, even if they are just people throwing their bodies at each other.

And there are plenty of people willing to group up to take back territory, and that's even more fun.

Miller and Woodman have similar conversations.

Drama? Most of the posts about Waterson are pop issues. The other server that generates this sort of topics is Helios.

For real drama, you need look no further than Waterson's brother, ie. Mattherson.

It's just that there are a few acutely butt hurt VS players on Waterson (in particular, "Obscura" and "Total overkill") who come here and whine how great they are. Otherwise, not much difference.

When are you guys playing? When I'm on during the weekends the balance of power shifts dramatically by the hour between the three factions.

Personally, when I think of players and Waterson, its Slyguy and his constant bad bragging that comes to mind. Bad outfit as well them ODAM guys, so easy to kill them en masse.

Slyguy is less amusing. When he is butt hurt, he comes here and whines that he is butt hurt. When VS players are butt hurt, they come here and whine how great they are

Theres always plenty of Mattherson drama on these forums. 90% revolving around TE and in particular their leader.
Every server has its drama, how it plays out depends on how big the trolls want to be.

Here is my obligatory "I'm Waterson VS and I love being outnumbered and fighting the Zerg of NC and TR!"

No seriously I do.
Traveling with a winning Zerg, not firing a shot and sitting around for 10 min. to get 1000xp is IMO the most boring part of the game.
I want to see a column of MBT lumbering towards my outpost while me and some ragtag diehards desperately try to keep the turrets up and repel the assault for as long as we can...

Most of the cheese and whine is people complaining about TR three capping every night while everybody else is sleeping.

We have a rich, colorful community on Waterson.

TR has...well yeah, there is a lot of em and some good outfits and some very vocal folk heh. TR gets the job done and always seems to think the NC and VS are out to get em (which is true because I think this is a war type game).

NC, lets just say they are all over the f*cking map...literally. Always a good fight. Effective outfits from my experience, NC (like TR) suffer from intermittent moments of clarity surrounded by hours of flail. This is not Outfit level I'm talking over all faction level performance when compared to VS.

VS, They wont hesitate to mention at any given moment they are under pop'd. They use this as a propaganda tool very effectively as they tell it to us NC/TR and we as we look at the map and see they STILL rule the lions share of any continent they aim at. Good job VS with Indar this weekend b*ttholes hahaha

All in all 3 very fun groups of players with plenty of rib jabbing going around.

As a Mattherson player, I honestly think we have the most drama. There is a lot of hate not just between the three factions, but between outfits in the same faction.

Woodman TR are just very, very special.
