I haven't been able to access my main account since the swap to Daybreak games from SOE. When I try to log in, I get the Invalid Username/Password error. This is the same in game and on the website. I am able to change my password, but even if I change my password, I still cannot log into my account. I've created a new account, so I can submit a ticket, but nothing has come of this for weeks now. I really feel robbed, I was a paying customer and I put so much time into my main account, and now I can't play on it, and I don't know what else to do.
Did you reply to the automated message asking for info? You must do that to get a real reply. If you already did that only thing you could do is open another ticket, i've always had an answer in 10-15h.
