I don't even think it's a bug. It seems to be something that disappears from br 15-16 (this might be a bug), and then completely disappears after br 30 (intended I believe). It's really weird and annoying for vets. For the few new players, I don't see how helpful this is as well, given how few people can see the /new chat.
