Usually I can run the game between 70-100 fps, but recently I've been dropping to 0-1 for a second or 2, this happens mostly when aiming down sights or being in a vehicle in battles above the 12-24 mark, the more players in the hex, the more frequent the drops become. All of my settings are set to true ultra except flora and shadows which are off, I've tried setting them back to high and even low but the drops still happen. This has only been happening in the last few weeks. After exiting the game my computer becomes much slower and isn't responsive for several minutes. This started at the same time my launcher broke and has to be run as an administrator to work, I've tried validating the game files and a complete reinstall but to no avail.
