    No. Can't play the game from work, balance is close enough, and the pop problem was far less of an issue in PS1, so ... No.

    Yes it does !! look at what the vs and tr have acheaved especially the vs, mag back to pre nerf, zoe, complete audio workover, damage degradation removed etc. etc. etc. They set a dangerous precedent when they started to cater to the original whiners (and made the vs ridiculously easy mode)
