How do I buy Black Flames camo?

I've looked everywhere for it and I cant seem to find it. Has it been removed?

Could someone give detailed instructions on how I can find and buy it?

There was some paperwork issue between SOE and the creator, so it was pulled.

It hasn't been returned (AFAIK) yet, despite the issue being resolved, according to the creator.

I think it was pulled because at night it actually absorbs all light from VS players.
