@higby, can you post THIS metric?

Mags were most certed because easyer to use and definitely OP. TR and NC didn't certed them tanks because they were bored to die in tanks battles and just get HE (especially prowlers) to farm infantry.
I never saw so much HEAT/AP on prowlers/vanguards since the GU2...and also just prowlers and vanguards.
Wait 3 month and SOE will balance them again when all average tanks will be certed at the same level. (maybe will they balance anti-infantry power between)

So please, be patient, let people certs them tanks to the mags level, stop whining and let SOE doing his job. They're still supposed to have more data than the most experienced gamers with them 14 servers.

And finally, i still saw more AP vanguards than AP mags...
