my idea is for a large pistol (looks a bit like a railjack) that shoots bullets that are basically nanite canisters if they hit a terminal they get hacked if they hit a vehicle then stealth, radar are disabled for 10 seconds and you get a static screen like its been hit with an emp) but you can still shoot and drive it has unlimited ammo BUT it has a 2min cooldown between shots and anything that has been affected by this will be immune to it for 2mins after the effect wears off
