I heard a good theory in Yell chat today (though it may have been around for a while now). The hacker that sits underground and shoots through walls is actually Wrel. I thought that was hilarious, so I wanted to share it. My own personal theory is that it's someone from an anti-cheat software company that was rejected by Daybreak Games. I only ever see one cheater online at any given time, and the way they're cheating simply can't be fun. So, to do it for several hours every day like it's a job, makes me think that maybe it IS someone's job. Someone being paid to sabotage the game, similar to how Norton anti-virus gives you viruses to create an artificial demand for their product. But, that's another story. Feel free to share any of your own unsubstantiated non-sense, like I have. Just try not to be offended. This is for fun.
