Slow velocity decimator; shortenned inner maximum damage radius of rocketpods. You know what this means. It means tanks are going to be going forward and backwards and forwards and backwards (and side to side for Vanu) more, running over more friendly infantry and bumping into each other. Looks goofy enough as it is.
