   It's meant to be crazy rare. I found one on test easy enough but after 10+ on live, I think I'll not bother. It's not worth the aggro/time, lol.

   Found one in 1hour of haunting (with 4 WhiteSnowman) , I got luck I guess. But I also saw that, In my personal experience, snowman tend to pop more around three, under bridge and around mountain.
