[Suggestion] Give Contruction an "assault" module similar to bastion assault mode

Give Construction a module that is similar to The bastion's Assault mode, the one that slows down or speeds up the capture timer. Make it only active (for 30-60s) when you overload the module, similar to the structure shield module. This might add an interesting aspect to construction and make it more relevant in the non construction game meta, and incentivize players to build/destroy bases.
