[Suggestion] Getting into sunderers...

    Allow mapping of another key or some other method of spawning into a sundy. Tired of being headshot or knived before I even have time to know where I am.

    The E key likes to go to equipment instead of entering the sunderer.

    You can spawn directly into any squad based Sunderer under special conditions. You also havbe a certain level of spawn immunity just after appearing, but it only lasts for so long and you have to remain stationary.
    How do you not know where you are? You're selecting the spawn point that you're appearing in front of, right?

    No. I'm never immune even if stationar Once the load screen is done, I get knived or headshot OFTEN. You can't control the side you spawn into nor which direction you are facing.

    With the new knife implant, the knifers have been excessively camping the sunderer. I spawn in, turn. Dead.

    That and you spawn at a point where you can't quickly jump into the sunderer. You push E, you get equipment menu. You get stabbed or headshot.

    They can not tell which side of the Sunderer you're going to appear on by extension.

    It sounds like that spawn point is lost. You've got crafty enemies right on top of it and enemies watching it from afar. Even if you mounted the Sunderer immediately, the guns don't even depress far enough anymore. Best if you just find a new spawn point and then double-back to this one if it's important enough to want to clear it.

    Nah this happens more often in small fights. The under 24 small skirmishes. The sunderer isn't lost. The infiltrator can't do anything to the sunderer lol. They're just exploiting the nightmare.

    If your spawn point isn't lost then, by all means, please do spawn on it safely and securely and ignore my idle prattling.

    LOL. Basically you saying one infiltrator with nightmare perk camping a spawn in a less than 12 vs 12 skirmish is enough to abandon the only sunderer in a base. Plus you are assuming the people in the attacking force are even communicating. Do you play?

    And one wonders why the player base isn't expanding.

    You were the one aggravated that you could not get right into a Sunderer upon spawning to avoid said attacker (knife-wielder or sniper) so he's obviously at least a moderately signficant threat to such an unprotected spawn point, enough to kill you.

    Let's stay on your topic. I can't fault the intent for wanting a specific bind for entering Vehicles. Even PlanetSide Classic had that. However, seeing as the game already lets you automatically get into Vehicles without any hesitation or flair, I couldn't agree to your proposal for the reasons you are proposing it. I would only agree if we introduce proper entry points or proper vehicle mounting animations.

    I'm trying to protect the temporarily indefensible players while keeping the spirit of fighting alive. Especially noobs like myself (as compared to a lifer).

    That's it.

    Your solution requires patience, time and resources. People want to fight. Not redeploy.

    Sunder is suppose to be the spavvn in hot place type of spavvn... you can actually be in a squad and spavvn inside.

    You spawn at but not inside a deployed sunderer.
