What are your mouse settings / mouse dpi? This thing handles like an NS gun that pulls right and does more damage; there's literally no way you could have had an easier time with an EM1.
Maybe I've got something wrong with my twich reflexes but generally I'm terrible at compensating for recoil accurately. For some reason when trialing both guns in the VR EM1 was easier for me. That was a while ago though, so things may have changed but I still fall back onto it for ease of use and CQC ability (and for riding on the back of a flash, the high firerate and mag size is a boon in that case).
