Game won't launch

    Game won't launch at all. I click launch, window pops up, cursor appears briefly, then it just crashes. I have reinstalled it, same thing. It was working fine previous ive not changed anything to my knowledge. Not having any issues in any other game, recently played The forest, The Ship, hearthstone.

    Specs are in my sig, got latest drivers.

    Tried deleting user options to change everything to default. I made it to the log on screen this time, got to 100%, then it crashed... and when I try and launch does same ****, won't launch at all. But as I said, I reinstalled a few days ago after encountering same thing, now its happened again am I going to have to keep reinstalling the game every few days, this is ridiculous!

    What specific error messages come up?

    Please ensure the programs listed below are updated on your system. Once updated, I would suggest rebooting your system to ensure all actions are completed.

    Here are the system update files:
    .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (Standard Installer): www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=22
    DirectX9.0c (Web Installer): www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109
    Windows Update (IMPORTANT: may need to run several times to pick-up all recommended/optional programs for the best compatibility, stability, and performance)

    If, after updating and rebooting, you still have the crashing issue, you may need to update another system file:

    If you get no error messages before the crash, then it's 99% a glitch with the 64x client.
    Just navigate on over into your directory where the game is installed. Delete "Planetside2.exe" "Planetside2_x64.exe" and rename "Planetside2_x32.exe" to "Planetside2.exe"
    *Note: You must do this AFTER you launch the launcher, and the "PLAY" icon is green and clickable

    After editing the files, just launch the game, and enjoy ;)
