Scout Rifles are in need of buffs regardless of what happens with the NS SMG. I'd go as far to say that Scout Rifles are worse than any Carbine, AR, LMG, or SMG.

hour or two in SOE language could mean eons, anyone whos ever had a high maintenance gf has learned this the hard way and for most of us no lifers PS2 is that gold digging high maintenance gf that makes u wait half a day to get ready and then spends all your money on a new pair of pistols and ns smg.

Please give to NC an weapon like Tr striker, that perform 2500 damage against 1200 that perform our annihilator, this makes diferences in battle, and the harasser / prowler Tr chain gun. We can´t against this.
