Game not saving certs or iso-4

I appreciate that you put work into your answer but to your 1. - 4. honestly it can only be helpful if you would adapt your answers considering that I wrote that I am describing the "PS4 version" with these issues.

Frankly, I do appreciate the reimbursement (1000 certs, 1000 ISO), except that I still lost two days of my membership (e.g. deals).
