As soon as i switch to first person my FPS drops and caps itself at 30, 3rd person is fine. I have deleted and then recreated useroptions.ini and that has made no change, a complete re-install of the game has not solved it. Specs in sig, every other game is fine; i realise that the vid isn't very clear but you can see the difference.
