I'm not any kind of hardwar expert, but I'm guessing you're going to have a hard time running PS2. Go to this website, http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/ and in the search box at the top, type in Planetside 2. It will check your computer and tell you if it can handle this game. If it says no, then your out of luck. If yes, then send me a message and I'll email you a copy of useroptions.ini and instructions on the install. Don't worry it's very easy.
You really don't even have a chance buddy. Those are the specs of a very basic office/browser usage laptop. Not for gaming by a long shot.
