[Suggestion] Fresh Cortium to All.

    So it has been brought to my attention that partially mind cortium node prevent new nodes from spawning it drives people nuts driving up to a basically exhausted node regardless of their size.

    Now I saw someone earlier proposing that the Ant's cortium radar should tell you how much a node has at range so you can skip over those nodes. But that would only make the problem of these nodes being left behind and prevent new nodes from taking their place.

    As such I propose that once a node had been 50% or greater mind that its respawn counter begins. Once its counter reaches 0 it will delete whatever cortium node is there and replace it with a fresh one. This way the odds of getting partially minded up nodes is basically vastly mini-gated and there won't be a need to see a node's supply from a distance.
