The fracture is actually faster at killing air craft then the burster. First it has a higher muzzle velocity so it is easier to hit targets at range because you don't have to lead them as much. Second the rounds are MUCH stronger. The effect is that to down a lib it is less then ~18 seconds where burster is 32-33 seconds. :/ I was thinking about the VS new spit ball shooter and thinking they probably have the range nerf there to stop it from being used as AA but then why isn't the Fracture? ESF's might not be as easy to kill but libs and gals are very big targets.
