FPS drops after the last patch

    Hello,
    I'm getting fps drops after the last patch, the gameplay feels laggy and slow.
    Is it my computer or is it a general problem? I had no problem before. I'll try different graphics drivers.
    I have no fps problems with other games atm.

    Card: Gtx 680
    Cpu: I7 2700k@5ghz
    Mem: 8gb ddr3

    I've been getting lag hitches ever since construction was launched but I also got Windows 10 about the same time. Usually happens just after logging into an alt.

    Yeah performance has been getting worse and worse with recent patches.
