    Hey,

    My main pc is dead and I want to play Planetside 2 again.
    I have my "old" laptop which has Nvidia gt 635m, i7 3630QM, 8GB of ram and windows 10 with 64bit. I changed the user options.ini to that:
    [Display]
    Mode=Fullscreen
    FullscreenMode=Fullscreen
    FullscreenRefresh=0
    FullscreenWidth=1280
    FullscreenHeight=800
    WindowedWidth=1280
    WindowedHeight=768
    Maximized=0
    RenderQuality=0.500000

    [Rendering]
    OverallQuality=-1
    GraphicsQuality=1
    TextureQuality=3
    ShadowQuality=0
    LightingQuality=0
    EffectsQuality=0
    TerrainQuality=0
    FloraQuality=4
    ModelQuality=1
    RenderDistance=2000.000000
    Gamma=0.000000
    VerticalFOV=74
    ParticleLOD=0
    ParticleDistanceScale=0.650000
    FogShadowsEnable=0
    VSync=0
    AO=0
    MaximumFPS=64
    UseLod0a=1
    BloomEnabled=0
    MotionBlur=0
    GpuPhysics=0
    Smoothing=0
    UseFences=0

    [Terrain]
    RenderFlora=Off

    Is there more I can do?

    remove fps cap (set it to 250 or something)
    lower render distance
    lower voice channels

    Removing fps cap won't help unless you want more than 64 fps which i doubt you're even getting.

    RenderDistance=500
    if you play only infantry and don't snipe, 1000 otherwise.

    LightingQuality=1
    EffectsQuality=1
    TerrainQuality=1
    is what i have on my laptop and it's the lowest possible, can't check right now but if i remember correctly 0 is invalid (shows up as "tf" in settings page) for those settings and makes it revert to default which is medium.

    Lowering voice channels might help in big battles but not much.

    Oh man...the lower the Graphic settings, the lower is the FPS...it is strange I know but you have at least set everything to middle when not above...if the issue still is there then buy some better gaming rig.

    If you can handle it you can lower the Render Quality to 90.

    Also Flora to NONE you will not need it, it could happen that you can't see a Mine or an Enemy because some bush or leafes hides him.

    He already has render quality at 50 and flora off.
    Unless you have some sort of a special PC low settings will give you the best fps. Pretty sure you simply went to a bigger fight or something when trying low.

    whenever i see "tf" in my settings i think the settings are saying "the ****?" like what the hell you trying to do bruh.

    as for op, sometimes you just arent meant to play :p
