For NC medics, the foregrip is incerdibly useful for long range shooting. The recoil for the default gauss rifle is really bad without it. Some advice: save up for a foregrip first before getting any other upgrades.
Depends on what you want to do with the weapon. Grip = better control at longer range Laser = better control when using hipfire But yes I would take the grip over the laser all the time.
Kind reminds me of the battlefield foregrip, really no reason not to unless you want the laser. The foregrip reduces some of the horizontal recoil which is pretty much impossible to counter so it's a no brainer on anything that has any form of side to side.
No kidding, I use it on the TRV and it makes it an incredible gun at longer ranges now that I can predict the recoil better. Definitely a must in my opinion
