[Suggestion] Flak buff? Is it time to rebalance tank cannons?

Well that's also possible on non-TR characters, and certainly spawn-room-camping happens for all empires and is a trait of the game's capture system more than any one empire's AV capabilities. (In Planetside 1 spawning was more easily disabled, which resulted in the entire defending force being kicked out and then having 10-15 minutes to come back strong with vehicles to clear out the hack (since (a) hacks took longer and (b) infantry couldn't deal with vehicles as easily, and (c) terrain wasn't such a giant pain in the *** for vehicles to navigate.)
