[Suggestion] Flak armor and A2G

    The Flak armor function works against the PPA, and the Banshee (right?), but it doesn't work against the airhammer, given the render range for infantry, and the airhammer's spread, the airhammer can 2 shot infantry all around a sunderer with little effort. If the airhammer had less pellets, and a splash function on the remaining pellets, flak armor could be used against all 3 air-to-infantry guns instead of NC having the clear advantage.

    All 8 pellets landing within 0.5m deals 800 damage, 400 for a flak armor infantry. You need to practically stick the nose of the Reaver in their face to achieve that. And with 0.5 AOE and that ROF its hard to two-hit more than 1 non-flak infantry at a time. So clearing a Sunderer with 2-hits all around? Seems a bit tough.

    I think more can be gained from:
    - Making G2A more prevalent and effective killers so AH's cant fly so close.
    - have more (accessible without special resources) self-defense options against aircraft. Shields, spoofing methods (imagine deploying some decoys or deploying a semi-permanent smokescreen 10m above the ground etc), items that reduce the ability to aim for the target (fire a computer virus that nerfs flight maneuverability, train a laser on the aircraft to limit vision etc).
    - giving Flak more uses. For example deploying a smokescreen/airdistortion and erasing spots when hit by anything that flak protects from.
