  1. Mithril Community Manager

    PC servers are coming down at 6AM PT / 3PM CEST tomorrow for a PC Update that will address the following below. Estimated downtime may be up to 4 hours and longer for PS4. The PS4 EU server will undergo a routine server maintenance which will last a little longer, please check our page on X for further updates. The PTS server will also be down during this maintenance.


    Valentine's Directive Event (13th February - 11th March 2025)

    Audio Improvements
    • Footsteps are now louder and have more variations.

    Bug Fixes
    • Fixed an issue where the wrong colored Chassis Lights will unlock for the Lightning.
    • Fixed a bug where the game will crash when transferring from the passenger seat to a driver seat of the Valkyrie, Flash, Harasser and Chimera.
    • Fixed a bug where players can clip through walls and geometry when exiting the Sunderer in specific places on Amerish.
    • Fixed an issue where Anti Vehicle Turrets can be placed in enemy bases.
    • Fixed some UI text alignment issues on the Player Profile Banner Screen.
    • Removed tooltip for medical applicators when Combat Medics have it equipped when sitting in a vehicle.
    • Fixed M20 Basilisk description to reflect the correct Ammo Capacity.
    • NS-D "Ice Dragon" Helios now syncs to the correct objective in the Exceptional IX Directive Tree.
    • Fixed an issue where Vertical Sync wouldn't work when restarting the game.
    • Friend lists now updates properly when a change is made (e.g. removing someone from your friends list will reflect instantly instead of switching screens).
    • Fixed a typo in a New Years bundle.
    • CB-ARX Newton now shows the correct Aim Accuracy.
    • Fixed an issue with the Eridani SX5 Suppressor having 2 different range penalties in its descriptions.

    I hope they bring back the Ns15 m1 bundle for the original ns15mg on presidents day sale . That way NSO have another NS LMG to auraxium . T.A 94 said "The NS-15M1 was included in the Sanctuary bundle, together with the pelterrockets for the galaxie and a camo.,

    Is the volume change first person, third person, or both, and by how much? Since it's vague, I'm admittedly worried about the possibility that COD level mammoth stomping is being copied for no reason. Planetside arena was a thing after all. Thanks for the polish and fixes.

    For Valkyrie, Flash, Harasser Is it possible to restore the engineer's ability to repair a vehicle while in it?
    Why did you cut the range of the Bulldog and Anti-Air G 40 to 400m?
    roll back the changes from Sanders. They are now completely imba. That's why it was done.

    Speaking of
    . Is there a chance we will ever get muffled Audio? Every time I am inside at Containment site and the Vehicels driving on the Surface, it feels like im standing right next to the Vehicles. It kinda breaks the immersion

    So what are we meant to do when, for example of what has happened to me just now, NC gets the mission "Matchmaker: Relaxation" and tells us to go to the Vanu Embassy on Sanctuary?
    This a case of nothing can be done and have to wait 12 hours for the daily to reset? Hoping you thought ahead on this and there's is a way to do it that isn't explained clearly in game.

    Sightseeing Mission is bugged as well. Tried it on 2 Chars. You go to the point marked on the map and nothing happens...

    Another ruined patch... It is almost getting boring because it is always the same...

    And yeah - if you want to ban me for telling the truth - do it!

    Matchmaker sight seeing does not work for me. I can accept the mission but going to the point does nothing.

    Matchmaker Relaxation is bugged as my nso character is not allowed in any embassy.

    A mistake on the Hossin Continent!

    Construction is impossible in a swampy area. When you try to install a structure, the message "The deployment area intersects with existing facilities" appears. In addition, any deployable objects are placed on the SURFACE of the WATER (and not on the bottom): turrets, tracking beacons, anti-tank hedgehogs, etc., etc.!

    In addition, in THE SWAMPY AREAS OF HOSSIN, damage does not pass through the surface of the water. ANY MINES, anti-tank or anti-personnel, installed underwater CANNOT BE DESTROYED BY A SHOT! Damage does not pass through water.

    I am unable to get the matchmaker mission for TR, it has only given me the VS and NC matchmaker missions which I cannot enter the embassies for.

    Game went from over a 140fps to low 40's, sometimes even 9fps. Very erratic fps changes ranging from 9 to 100fps. Seems to be CPU related, because my RTX 4060 is clocking down. Changing power profile to high power made it more constant, but still CPU (12 thread 6 core) seems to be the factor that's throttling the whole, even when it does not clock high or is even used by PS2. So why is the patch from yesterday running so badly? Random crashes when trying to place NTU structures as well...

    Any news on the fix for the Matchmaker missions? Still unable Enter any of the other faction embassy's to do the missions.
    Also Sightseeing Mission is completely bugged. You can accept the mission, but unable to be completed on any continent. You go to the location and nothing happens.
