[Suggestion] Fascility lock after capture

    Problem : Current capture mechanic encourages ignoring occupied facilities to sweep through unoccupied surrounding ones, leading to a lack of stable front lines and discouraging the large scale battles that are a primary drawing point of the game. It also leads to the action whereby a defending force is not actually defeated after facility capture provided they have AMS sunderer units within proximity of the facility. Leading to meat-grind scenarios where little progress is made, thus further reducing the attractiveness of assaulting occupied facilities.

    To encourage a stronger sense of frontlines, large scale conflict, and greater satisfaction from a successful assault, I suggest implementing a 30 minute 'lock' on facilities recently captured, preventing re-capture by opposing forces until the timer is complete.
