[Suggestion] Failstorm (SMG) Revamp ?

    I'm about 200 kills off auraxiuming this thing, and have to say in its current state I won't be using it again once I get there. Regardless of class, pretty much every other option available will either be more controllable, have a better effective range, or will kill quicker. Sustained fire is just not that big a deal for an SMG, especially if you can't get the shots down range quick enough.

    Movoza's stats look convincing on paper, but no SMG user has 100% accuracy, and those minute differences between bullets per second and theoretical TTK add up once you add nanoweave, overshields, leg shots, missed shots, etc., into the equation.

    The OP's high RoF/low damage solution looks fun and in keeping with our faction, but that role for me is already filled by the Armistice. Not all empire-specific weapons have to match up to their faction traits - look at the Blitz and GD-7F. Higher damage with more controllability is something I think would fill a whole new niche in the TR arsenal, though I think 143 may be over-doing it. Why not just have a new damage model entirely? Say 130? Keep the fire rate at 800, reduce the mag size to 50, reduce ADS wiggle a little more... Robert's your father's brother.

    What's so bad about the Hailstorm? All the high capacity SMGs work more or less the same.
