So I've always played on Emerald, but since late 2014 I've been dealing with 1000ms ping spikes on big battles, also I have a permanent 370-400ms on peak time with the previously mentioned peaks. I'm from South America so my standard ping with any US Eastern Coast server on any game is arround 220 and 260ms. The only server with high ping is Emerald, all other servers show normal pings for the distance between us. I even have better ping on US West server (Connery), it's arround 260ms. So what's going on with Emerald? Game is unplayable, half my shots are counted, players warp arround, C4 is useless since it won't damage vehicles, etc, etc.
